伊党丹州政府的诚意 Posted: 02 Dec 2012 02:52 AM PST Chee Lian Yao  　　近来在吉兰丹非回教徒禁为异性理发一事，已成了许多人议论纷纷的课题。今天新闻指昨天(2012年11月29日)吉兰丹中华大会堂及吉兰丹中华总商会会长和代表会见掌管吉兰丹州地方政府、旅游及文化的达基尤丁州行政议员和州宣传、资讯发展、科学及工艺的莫哈末法迪利过后，达基尤丁只说，会把二华团的三项建议带入由州务大臣聂阿兹主持的州行政议会讨论，才可作出决定。 　　所以，在丹州实行20多年来的禁止所有种族为异性理发的条例，是否会因此修改，使非回教徒不受限制，可为异性理发？这就有待不知道何时会讨论此事的会议后宣布决定。 =20年形象一周推毁= 在这期间，尤其是面子书与华文报章的追踪跟进报道下，此事自11月22日至今短短一星期里，已滚成一个大雪球，使不少人原本心中对20多年来执政丹州的伊党政府良好形象，毁于一旦。所以丹州政府一天没有对此课题作出决定，就会破坏和影响越多人对伊党的印象观。 　　 此外，在这课题中也显示出，原来在45位吉兰丹州议员中，唯一的华裔回教徒陈升顿行政议员，只是在"讲一套，做一套"，似乎没有为华裔向伊党丹州政府反映问题。陈升顿在2012年11月23日晚在丹华商咖啡旅公会庆祝成立66周年纪念晚宴致词时当着逾千人说，州政府将在下周三(28日)召开的行政议会会议中特别讨论非回教徒为异性理发风波，希望政府在了解非回教徒的苦衷后，寻求更好的解决方案。可是到了28日周三的丹州行政议会后，达基尤丁州行政员向媒体表示，今日会议上并没有谈论修改美发院地方条规之事。可见陈升顿在人前人后是两回事。 达基尤丁过后也与另一位州行政议员莫哈末法迪利代表丹州政府会见丹中华大会堂与丹中华总商会，会面商谈与交流这对华社关系重大的课题，而陈升顿竟然不获代表权，可见陈升顿在伊党丹州政府中失去了代表华裔的地位。 　　 在此事上，许多人，尤其是非回教徒的华裔，包括华团组织都期望伊党能修改禁为异性理发的条规，而现在伊党丹州政府的立场至今仍保持不变，因为州政府至今完全没有采取任何行动讨论或探讨此事，即使是有也只是说说和让报章有新闻显示听取民意的一面而已。加上丹州行政议员达基尤丁表明，已存在20年的禁止理发院业者职员为异性理发的条例保持不变，也不应成为一个课题，只是有心人挑起和别有用心。 　　 还有丹州务大臣聂阿兹竟然对于这条例说道，须先在丹州伊党长老会讨论，之后再带进行政议会洽商，以考虑让非回教徒不受男女分开理发条例约束。而且他还表明，丹伊党长老会议将讨论这项课题，确保不会抵触回教法律。可见这说法指出，非回教徒的自由与作业生活方式，在丹州是受到伊党长老会的管治，并需遵守回教法律。 　　 记得在2007年杪，哥打巴鲁市议会将所有属于市议会的停车位收费调高，从原本的60仙为时一小时，涨至1令吉一小时。此事引起许多人的不满与反感，很快一些组织就提供相关数据，证明哥市议会的停车收费是全国最高，加上报章报道和舆论下，官员却不低头，还说不会调低，也不会调回原本的收费，并认为是合情合理。此事也闹了多个月后，结果在2008年3月8日大选前的2月，掌管吉兰丹州地方政府的达基尤丁州行政议员说，哥市议会决定即日起调整停车收费，至每小时80仙。 　 因此，伊党丹州政府的诚意到底在哪里？而执政20多年来的伊党丹州政府是否有听取民意？是否真正了解到人民，尤其是非回教徒的心声？答案是没有，也没有作出什么改变。至于为何会"突然"有所改变，一切只因大选要来了。 （载自一位网友Chee Lian Yao 面子书）
